    Appointments are available in person in West Chester, PA and via telemedicine. A device with a camera and microphone is required for telemedicine appointments.

    Initial appointments are an hour. Medication management follow up appointments are 30 minutes. Follow up appointments typically occur on a monthly basis, or more frequently based on clinical need and/or for psychotherapy.

  • initial consultation

    The initial consultation includes a psychiatric evaluation and discussion of a proposed treatment plan. This helps us determine whether my approach and services are a good fit for your treatment. This consultation may be extended to include a follow up visit, if needed. I will not prescribe medication until the end of the consultation period so that we can ensure goodness of fit and mutually agree to engage in treatment together. If we decide not to work together, I will gladly provide appropriate referrals.

  • Payment

    This practice does not participate with any insurance plan, thus is “out of network.” Payment is due via credit card at the time of service.

    Your insurance company may provide partial reimbursement for fees related to psychiatric services. We can provide an itemized bill (“a superbill”) that you can submit to your insurance company, Health Spending Account, or Flexible Spending Account. Applications for reduced professional fees may be considered in the case of economic hardship.

    Due to federal law, if you have Medicare insurance, you are not able to be seen at this practice given that it is out of network.
